At The Brandin’ Iron Western Co., we take pride in providing high quality western apparel and accessories. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to assist you with returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

Return Policy

You have 15 days from the date of delivery to return an item for store credit or exchange.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

Clearance products, custom or personalized orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Store credit will be issued within 7-10 business days after the return is received and inspected.
Exchange Policy

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

If you need a different size or style, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item for store credit.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Once received, we will inspect the item and process your store credit or exchange accordingly.
Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
Cancellations & Order Changes

Orders can be canceled or modified within12 hours of placement. After this period, we cannot guarantee changes as processing begins promptly.
